Fabrics types
Welcome to our fabric department - the heart of Calissone. From our shop in Aix-en-Provence, we hunt down, handle and test every roll before offering it. Our selection covers every project: from airy voiles for summer dresses to cosy fleeces for winter sweatshirts, soft double gauzes for baby linens and washed linens for elegant shirts.
You'll find all the major families here: cottons (poplin, voile, batiste), knits (jersey, sweatshirt, fleece), natural noble fabrics (linen, silk, wool), flowy fabrics (viscose, crêpe, tencel), and technical materials (denim, faux leather, quilted, faux fur). Everything is sold by the meter.
Our commitment: prioritise Oeko-Tex certified fabrics, favour European production where possible, and give you everything you need - exact composition, width, weight, care instructions - to make the right choice.
