Its double-slider zipped flap, its full lining fitted without bias and its small interior pocket make it a practical and aesthetic model. In terms of style, Bristol offers two types of handles – basic or with buckles – as well as an optional 50 or 55 cm shoulder strap for shoulder or cross-body carry. The finishes are particularly careful, with seams entirely enclosed between the layers. An essential model, to sew both for the whole family and as a small, very feminine handbag.

Size range

4 sizes (Width x Height x Depth):

1. Large vanity case: 25 x 18 x 16 cm
2. Small vanity case: 20 x 15 x 13 cm
3. Small vanity bag: 22 x 15 x 9 cm
4. Mini vanity bag: 19 x 11 x 8 cm

The recommended size for a lunch box is that of the large vanity case (25 x 18 x 16 cm).

The smallest size, the mini bag, can hold a cell phone, a wallet, glasses and a lipstick.

The short strap is suitable for carrying on the shoulder, while the long strap allows for cross-body carrying.

Fabrics & supplies

Fabrics

• Outer fabric: quilted, poplin, linen, canvas, gabardine, denim, jacquard, imitation leather, leather, honeycomb, jeans, oilcloth, corduroy.
• Lining: poplin, insulated material for cooler (for lunch box option).
• Interfacing: iron-on wadding type H630 or H640 (for the exterior fabric) & semi-rigid interfacing type S320 (for the lining) or mesh foam type Style-Vil (except for vanity bags because the foam is too thick for these small formats).

Supplies

• Nylon zip by the meter & 2 sliders.
• Elastic 11 mm wide: 25 cm.
• Handle option with loops: 2 loops 2.5 cm.
• Shoulder strap option: 2 half-moon buckles and 2 2.5 cm carabiners.
