Set of 2 double-pointed flat heel needles for sewing machine. Offering a space of 3mm between each point, the machine needle is ideal for obtaining attractive finishes such as topstitching, reinforcement seams or simple decorative seams.
The twin needle is used on warp and weft fabrics. The universal twin allows you to have, thanks to the two parallel lines, a seam spaced 3 mm apart.
Bohin needles are made of nickel-plated steel, which allows perfect gliding in the fabric. Their manufacturing process is designed to obtain the best balance between strength and flexibility. The needles are numbered from 60 to 120. This corresponds to the diameter of the needle expressed in 100ths of a millimeter. Une aiguille de 80 fait 80/100 de millimètres. The higher the number, the more the needle is suitable for thick fabrics.
Double machine needles can be used on all major brands of machines that have a flat heel: Bernina, Lild, Janome, Singer, Pfaff, Juki, Elna...
Does not thread with the machine needle threader. For “knitted” fabrics, use a double stretch needle.
