Recommended fabrics:

• Choose fabrics with good hold, such as cotton, cotton poplin, linen or twill, with a weight between 80 and 160 g/m².
• For a kimono type version, you can opt for a gabardine or cotton with a weight of between 220 and 250 g/m2.

Ideas for creating an upcycled blouse or dress:

• This model of blouse or kimono dress lends itself particularly well to reusing sheets, light curtains, vintage tablecloths or even a duvet cover (which you can split). However, choose soft and light fabrics to keep the room comfortable.
• Floral patterns will make the kimono dress unique, while a light plain fabric will bring timelessness to your wardrobe
